HUMAN RESOURCES POLICY
The main purposes of the human resources in the company are both to increase the efficiency of the company and to provide what the employees need. In a nutshell, the policy is;
• To give educational and developmental programmes that are suitable with the personal development programmes to the employees for the purpose of improving employees' information and skill levels and reaching the quality and efficiency to the higher levels.
• To arrange orientation programmes about environment policy, production flow, quality, informing the new staffs' rights and responsibilities.
• To form a working environment in which the employees can use their skills at the best level.
• To provide that the employees attend the fairs and conferences arranged inland and abroad.
• To announce about related topics to the employees, give opportunity for giving their opinions and suggestions to the senior positions.
